IMG & Crayon put $25m in sales pipeline

Crayon needed to appoint a data partner that could provide a comprehensive marketing database solution for their global contact centres to generate a target sales pipeline in excess of £10m. The target market was defined as large companies, across defined market sectors that were known users of specific brands and versions of Installed hardware and software. In addition it was essential to reach multiple contacts that had IT senior decision maker job titles with telephone numbers and email addresses appended.

Crayon needed the project completed from inception to delivery in 20 working days.

Our work

Intermedia Global’s data consultants carried out a full target market evaluation for Crayon and produced a comprehensive report, covering every data source that fell within their criteria.  Most of the International data is managed exclusively and hosted by Intermedia Global making it instantly accessible, ensuring a guaranteed minimum level of quality. In addition we utilised our global network of data partners and gained access to local country sourced data insuring we had universal coverage and the net volume of records available to meet Crayon’s requirements.

Our data processing team carried out the merge purge, deduplication and produced a private prospect database in excess of 100k records in a common format – comprising of multiple sources of IT install data including; Oracle Users, SAP users across UK, Europe, USA, Africa and Asia and more.

Crayon’s Results

The project exceeded the client’s expectations and exceeded the target by over 150%, generating a sales pipeline potential in excess of $25m. This is a testament to both the Crayon and Intermedia Global Marketing teams for working in such unison to help achieve such a highly successful campaign and enabling the project to be completed and solution delivered ahead of schedule.
